Talent Placement

We aim to source and provide quality candidates for all our clients’ requirements. We take great efforts to make sure we arrive at the right candidate all the time. A study of the requirement and the possible sources is done before short-listing the candidates. Our tests and interviews are customized so that the candidates short-listed have the required aptitude and attitude for the Job.

We also have an excellent database of resumes, where we could borrow candidates from if the requirement is immediate.

  • Development, reviewing or updating of a Quality Management System against the latest requirements of all ETQA’s, Umalusi and DoE.
  • Development and submission of a complete application for accreditation with all ETQA’s in one Month period.
  • Development, Management and Coordination of re-accreditation application with all ETQA’s.
  • Extension of scope to other SETA’s through programme development and evaluation process.
  • Updating and re-alignment of QMS Policies and Procedures and re-packaging of a complete accreditation or re-accreditation application file.
  • Prepare a Provider for the ETQA’s quality audits or site visits.
  • Re-alignment or mapping of learning programmes against the updated ones on the NQF and handle the process of submitting them for re-evaluation.
  • Handle the whole QALA (Quality Assurance of Learner Achievement) process which includes uploading of learner achievements to ETQA, preparing a provider for the ETQA’s verification process as well as coordinating the process of certification of learners.
  • Drafting and submission of Training Reports and Workplace Skills Plan.
  • Handle the FET accreditation application with Umalusi and registration with Department of Education in case a Provider have decided to expand its scope of service delivery to provide full qualifications from NQF level 2 to NQF LEVEL 4.
  • Overall training management and Coordination which includes management of facilitation, assessments and moderation. We have established strategies and ways to ensure that more than 80% learners submit their portfolio of evidence at the end of each training program.
  • Development of learning programmes for Providers and submitting them for programme evaluation within the hospitality sector and also other SETAs.
