METHODOLOGY

We prefer a long term relationship with our clients in order to ensure sustainability of training results. In order to measure the impact of training and to ensure sustainability, Halcyspace has developed a Skills Development Gap Analysis Tool as part of our Quantification of Human Capital process.

This tool measures the required skills versus the existing skills of an individual, to determine the skills gaps. Skills Gaps should form the basis of the WSP, and should also be incorporated into the KPA / KPI and the performance appraisal tool in use.

Halcyspace has a flexible approach towards training, and offers clients a choice of individual unit standards, a cluster of unit standards, skills programmes and certificate programmes.

Through our MOU’S : Programmes can be offered either as short courses (Certificate of Attendance, No Assessments) or as a full unit standard / unit standard cluster / skills programme / certificate programme (SETA Certification, Assessment, Moderation and Verification).
